| Dynamic Metal Lofts Atlanta, Georgia In association with Turner Associates The red-brown brick exterior of this 42-unit condo denotes the manufacturing history of the neighborhood and the site and characterizes the residential wings of this project. A dynamic core of public spaces faced with glass and steel separate the rectalinear forms of the residential wings and give a dramatic entry into this building. Dynamic Metal Lofts was honored as a reclamation project that promoted the clean-up of a formerly contaminated site and contributed to the revitalization of the MLK neighborhood. |
